Sportsline Photography will be taking our Association Photos again this year.  The photo order form will be emailed to you by your level coordinator or team manager.  (Hard copies of the form will be available in the lobby of the arena starting November 26 and will also be available the night of photos).  The forms are to be turned in to the Sportsline information table and do not need to be taken up to the photo line.  Here is a link to the items available to order if you want to see them prior to photo night:

Photo Day Product Examples

  • Players need to be fully dressed with all pads, game jersey and game socks (minus helmet) and ready 10 minutes before the start time listed for their team.  There is open space for changing, but there are no dressing rooms at the Government Center.
  • Parents will then help their player take her/his skates up to the chairs by the photo line and put them on prior to taking their individual photo.
  • The player will then sit back down in that same spot and wait until it's time for their team photo.
  • The photographer will then arrange the players for their team photo.

Players are not able to walk on the carpet in skates, so it is very important that they come up and sit in the chairs in the photo line to put their skates on.

  • Individual photos will be taken as players are ready, so please proceed to the photo area immediately once your player is dressed.

  • Since we are working with the younger skaters, we will need parent’s assistance in getting players fully dressed/skates tied (minus helmet) and in getting the players to the individual photo line.  It is best if players are already in full gear when they arrive at the Sauk Rapids Government Center.
  • All gear should be worn (except helmets), and skates can be put on while in the chairs in the photo line.
  • Buddy photos can be taken; please have the skaters get into the individual photo line together. Make sure to indicate on form if taking a buddy photo, and what item you want for the buddy photo vs. the individual photo.

Please let me know if you have any questions prior to photo day.  Thanks!
