Follow these 3 EASY Steps to register:

Register online at www.usahockeyregistration.com
Email USA Hockey confirmation letter to tammie@thyenfamily.com (or include printed copy of confirmation with forms below).
Print and complete the forms below and mail or drop them off with your check (payable to SRYHA) to:

If you do the above easy steps you DO NOT need to come to the Arena to Register!

In-Person Registration dates for the 2010-2011 season are:

Tuesday August 10th 5:00-7:00
Thursday August 12th 5:00-7:00
Registration held at Arena East

Important Notice: For those players that played in SRYHA during the 2009-2010 season, there will be a $100.00 late fee charge added to your account if you do not complete your registration (on-line and mail forms) by August 25th, 2010.
