Below you will find the 2012 Jamboree Registration Form. Feel free to copy the form and disburse it among your respective Mite and Mini-Mite teams. The Jamboree has teams at all skill levels. It is our intent and goal to match up similar skilled teams to ensure that this is the end of the year event that everyone can feel good and comfortable with attending. To top it off, the last game for each team features an individual medal award ceremony that the participant skaters really cherish.

 

The games are played at the Sauk Rapids Sports Arena East, and the two sheets of ice at the National Hockey Center (campus of St. Cloud State University). Every team is guaranteed at least one game at the National Hockey Center, and most will have two games there.

 

Teams who were a part of the 2011 Jamboree have expressed interest in participating once again.  Do not hesitate to sign up early to save your team’s spot. The earlier your team commits to the Jamboree, the easier it is for our committee to assign them to play similarly skilled teams.
