SRYHA Annual Raffle Fundraiser will be kicking off this week. This is the primary fundraiser for the association.
Each family is required to sell or purchase 16 raffle tickets at $20 each. The raffle tickets do not need to be paid for at the time of pick-up.
A parent/guardian must come and sign out the tickets at one of the following dates upstairs at Sports Arena East.
Sat Nov 19th 9:00-11:00 am
Mon Nov 21st 5:30-7:30 pm
Tues Nov 22nd 6:45-9:30 pm
Ticket stubs and all money will need to be turned by Dec 14th. Exact dates and times are TBD (a message will come out later announcing exact dates and times).
Tickets not turned in on time, may not be placed in the raffle drawing. All information on the ticket stub must be filled in and written clearly, purchasers/winners must be 18 years or older, and sellers are responsible for all lost or damaged tickets.
The raffle drawing will be held on December 21, 2016 at 5:00 pm at Sports Arena East.
